Oven Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Here is what you will need:
½ tsp of ground cumin
¼ tsp of freshly ground red pepper
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 large sweet potatoes
Here is what you should do:
The first thing you should do is to prepare the sweet potatoes. You can do this by combining pepper, salt and cumin in a large bowl. Set the mixture aside. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Afterwards, peel the potatoes. Cut all potatoes in lengthwise (half). After that, slice into six wedges. Place spice mixture, oil and potato wedges in a big bowl. Mix it well. Toss the potatoes until these are evenly coated.
Now, it is time to bake the fries. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet. Do only a single layer. Place it in the middle rack of the baking oven. Bake this for 30 minutes or until the edges have become crispy or the potatoes have been cooked through. Serve it while it’s hot.
Pistachios, Coconut and Tropical Fruits Recipe

Here is what you will need:
16 slices of tropical fruits of your choice
4 tsp of coconut milk
2 tbsp of pistachios, finely chopped
Here is what you need to do:
Slice your choice of tropical fruits. It can be papaya, mango or pineapple. Arrange the slices beautifully on a platter. Drizzle with coconut milk and top with finely chopped pistachios. Serve right away.
Black Beans and Rice Recipe
This is a simple gluten-free recipe that is good for lunch or dinner. The best thing about this recipe is that it is very easy to prepare. In fact, this will just take about five minutes or so. Plus, the chicken broth and the beans will provide your child with the protein he needs.
Here is what you will need:
1 1/2 cup of black beans
1 ½ cup of rice
3 cups of chicken broth
1 can of diced tomatoes
Here is what you need to do:
In a rice cooker, place the black beans, rice, chicken broth and diced tomatoes. Set all these to cook until all the liquid has been absorbed by the ingredients. Serve immediately.
