Lately, it seems that I am always tired. I was just wondering if someone could give me advice on what vitamins I could take, and a diet that I could eat that would boost my energy and metabolism and help me to loose a little weight, while giving me energy so that I dont feel like falling asleep right when I get home from work. I am sure the cold weather is not helping me……

I have been to the doctor and have blood tests done. I am not diabetic, anemic nor do I have a thyroid issue. Thanks for all your advise I may actually use a lot of it!
