    HEre are some yummy snacks..Almonds-protein bars & shakes.. Yogurt with fresh fruit…Love your videos.. just do a little at a time.. You will do GREAT

    you know what is so bizarre, is that there are an overwhelming number of people who last week had PERFECT weeks exercise and diet wise, here on youtube, who didn’t lose weight!!! So weird!!

    I Know what you mean about the scale. I weigh myself everyday and it does determine my mood for the day. You are awesome for eating rid of them…I tried, but went and got it. lol

    coming off contraceptive can make your weigh fluctuate. i put on weight on the pill and off it but then eventually when i got a new pill i lost lots. its probably your hormones going a bit funny after coming off your contraceptive and all the changes your making to your life style in general. it can be so frustrating i know! :) xxx

    i find chewing gum saves me from wanting food.
    But i just avoid the kitchen unless if it’s time for lunch/dinner.
    Or…I just live my normal lifestyle but don’t snack as much. rather than snacking i’ll just have a proper meal and keep my self busy so i don’t wonder off to the ktichen just cos i’m bord.

    Have you treid watching Paul McKenna Make me thin? I found that reallly interesting :]
    I love your lipstick colour, just wondering which one is it.

    Kelly you are fab! Only lucky enough to discover your videos the other day looking for a french onion soup recipe! I had the soft cheese/garlic/parsley stuffed chicken breasts last night and they were yummy. You’re so down to earth it’s so refreshing. I’m afraid I’m the same – on the scales every day which I know is bad. But the battery is nearly gone on them so nevermind :o ) Looking forward to your next video.x x
