I am 16, and am 5’8.5 , and weight around 154 pounds. I don’t have a belly, as I am working on the abs. I only eat a small breakfast (usuallycereal), don’t eat lunch, and then eat an average dinner (such as spaghetti). I am athletic, I play basketball. I drink too much 0% milk, water, and sometimes soda. I rarely eat fast -food nowadays. I was just wondering if I am living a healthy lifestyle.
